Coaching
We understand that leading a school involves unique challenges and opportunities. That’s why we offer individual coaching designed to effectively support you and your team in thinking about school development.

How our coaching works
Our approach is based on creating a partnership with schools and supporting them in practical ways. We are not just interested in theory; we work with you to immerse ourselves in the specific context of your school, identify particular needs, and create concrete, actionable plans. Throughout the process, we will guide you, provide feedback, and help you overcome any obstacles that may arise. The goal is for you to gain not only new understandings, but also the confidence and tools for long-term success.
———————————————————————————————————
We can guide you through the following areas:
- School development planning: We help you create a comprehensive and actionable development plan that matches the specific needs and goals of your school. Together, we set priorities and plan specific steps to achieve them.
- Sharing a school vision: Do you want your school’s vision to be vibrant, inspiring, and to truly resonate across the entire community? We help you to review current statements or formulate them anew, and teach you how to communicate them effectively so that they become key drivers for school development.
- Developing teachers’ professional expertise: If you want to accelerate the development of your teachers’ teaching practice, we’re here to help you. In partnership with your teachers, we select appropriate educational activities for their professional growth and provide them with ongoing support in implementing them both in and outside the classroom.

We’re ready to support you on your journey to becoming a successful and thriving school. Which of these areas is most relevant to you at the moment?
